Assembled hamper per instructions. We noticed top and bottom rings had imperfections and bars did not line up. Cart is unstable, teeters from one side to another. Wheels do not evenly make contact with the floor. Had to adjust the wheels unevenly so it can roll correctly, (shown in pictures).

I wanted this so bad but it only came with 2 wheels. And I have no way of contacting the seller other than sending it back. So now I have to take the damn thing apart (didn’t even realize they shorted me 2 wheels until it was time to put them on. I’m p!ssed!!! Why should I have to take time out of my day to do this.
