Pro: The ice cream was really good. We churned it for 25 minutes then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It was a little thicker than a Wendy's Frosty. Con: Hard/impossible to clean. Some chocolate ice cream got between the colored plastic and clear plastic in the motor unit. There's no way to clean it. Assuming I put in too much mixture (even though I didn't exceed the recipe amounts). Supposed to leave 1.5" from the top of the bowl, but you can't see how much room you have (or don't have). Thinking it'd eventually smell sour and/or worse, cause a health/safety issue. Returning them (I bought two).
