My daughter measured my grand daughter's finger. She is 3 1/2 years old. She decided a 4 would be the right size. Received the ring and it was way too big and didn't fit any finger at all. So I wanted to exchange it for a size 2 and returned the size 4. The ring was no longer at the sale price so not only was I charged shipping again but I also was charged an additional $3 for the difference in the ring price. In my experience, when doing an exchange for the same item it's an even exchange no matter what the price of the item has changed to. Otherwise the ring is nice, although you can barely tell the stone in the heart is pink. My grand daughter likes it and is happy that's all that counts.
