Broken screen Arrived with a broken/cracked screen

First impression Honestly I haven’t powered it on yet but to be honest this doesn’t seem to be “like new” in my opinion. These imperfections actually stood out to me without me looking for them.

Scratches and cracks The phone arrived, damaged with a large scratch in the middle of the phone and dings around the corner of the glass on all sides and small scratches near the top camera. Many small scratches. They were hidden by a screen protector that was added to the phone Before it was shipped here, but the large crack was still noticeable, as well as the dings to the screen around the corners.

Not what I expected The scratch’s on the screen weren’t “light micro scratches” as described in the listing. The battery wasn’t bad but was at 77% compared to the 80% or above as stated, and it looks likes the camera was broken and fixed but that wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

It was alright My phone came with a camera that does not work, I took it to apple to see if they can fix it and they can but it will be around $200. I’m not willing to pay this seeing as it’s almost the amount I spent on the phone. I’m unpleasantly surprised because I do take a lot of pictures on my phone and use the camera a lot. Sadly I was unable to contact customer service because it was on a Saturday. I will contact on Monday with the hopes of being able to get my phone fixed or traded out to resolve this issue:( these are pictures I took with my phone:

Great watch Live the watch I bought this one cuz I had one before and screen broke due to what I do for wrks dk jjst wasn’t careful so I bought this one and I did it again thankfully this time I got the warranty but other than that it’s been a great watch and I was Leary of it cuz it was refurbished but it’s been great

Not as described The listing said that there wouldn’t be any scratches on the screen. There are. The listing also said it would be 80% battery health or higher. It’s 79%. Also won’t charge above 75%

used series 7 i was aware that it could have wear and tear for its price but it might of been a wee bit too much, its a gift for my dad so hopefully he wont mind till i find someone to replace the screen.
