I have been using Verb products for years. They are reliably high quality and since I have very short hair, they last me a long time. It can be difficult for me to find products that work on my hair, so I appreciate the variety of things Verb has to offer. Definitely recommend!!

The shampoo and conditioner both leave a heavy film on the hair. I have thick, coarse, 3a/3b curls for reference. I've never had a shampoo leave a film on my hair. The film makes my hair feel heavy/waxy, which I didn't think was even possible because my hair is so thick. My hair also felt and appeared dry. I love a good smelling shampoo/conditioner, but the fragrance was so overpowering with this duo. It made me sick, something that I've also not experienced before with hair products. The consistency of the products look and feel cheap. The shampoo took effort to get it to lather. I always wash twice and on the second wash, I can always get a nice lather with whatever shampoo I'm using. I had a hard time getting this shampoo to lather even on the second wash. I can't finish the bottle. The smell is too overpowering, it leaves my hair too dry, and my scalp get's itchy every time I use it.

First time using the Hydrate shampoo and I love it. I've used the Ghost Shampoo a few times and it is worth it. Makes your hair feel soooo soft and smell great. The hydrate is amazing also!!

Totally ruined my hair. I had beautiful hair. Long thick straight naturally. This Hydrate line fried my hair. I had no frizz before using. Now because it dried my hair out soo bad I have broken frizzy stuff everywhere. I'm 68 my hair was my best feature all my life. Now I have to cut my hair off and completely start over. It will take years to get back to how it was before I used this Hydrate one time. So don't do it. Get Glossy S & C. My hair was soft, silky, shiny, thick, straight. For reference: I have never been able to put my hair in a french braid because it would slip right out within a few minutes . So it's a hard NO from me on this line.

I love this shampoo! It makes my hair feel soft, doesn’t weigh it down and gives it nice body. That is a lot because I have fine hair but a lot of it.

I used to absolutely love this product and it was the perfect one after searching for years. This new one leaves my hair greasy and frizzy all the time and the smell got much worse. So disappointed they changed the formula, my hair used to be soft and smooth, and now can’t even go 2 days without my hair getting oily

My favorite shampoo I have found by far! Creates a good lather, smells so good, and doesn't leave my hair feeling dry or greasy. I usually have to switch shampoos due to buildup after using for so long, but I haven't had that issue with the hydrate shampoo and conditioner. On my 3rd bottle!

please Bring back the old formula! I've been using for years. . now this and the volumizing new formula are terrible. this makes my hair sooo weighed down. And the fragrance is not as nice as original. so upsetting as I have to find another shampoo now.

I have been buying this product for years know. Specifically the Hydration shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately, it has changed. The scent makes me sick and it is thick and darker in color. I'm really disappointed and will have to find something else. It is unusable for me. PLEASE BRING BACK OLD FORMULA!!!

However, something changed on on the Hydrate line when the packaging changed to blue/teal and the fragrance is INTENSE AND overpowering - smells like grandpa’s cologne. Migraine triggering for me. Super bummed it changed. Reached out to Verb and though their website says returns accepted wuthin 30 days, they stated they will not accept return or do exchange.

Hydrating shampoo and conditioner changed their scent and I cannot absolutely get over it. The first time I used it it game me a headache. I tried using less the next time and it’s still terrible. I would love to know where I can get the old one because it’s the only thing that works for my dry ugly hair.
