Self-Priming Drilling Pump User Manual：

1. To ensure optimal suction performance and service life, apply a few drops of lubricating oil to the pump inlet before each use, and rinse with clean water after each use.

2. Ensure the suction hose is properly sealed and as short as possible. The suction hose should not exceed 3.28 feet in length. (1 meter)

3. The operating temperature range should be 5°C to 49°C (41°F to 120°F).

4. When pumping abrasive fluids or liquids containing solid particles, installing a filter screen in the suction line can extend the pump’s service life.

5. It is recommended to secure the pump on a level surface to ensure safety and ease of operation.

6. Install and start the drill rig, then observe the suction line to ensure that liquid is drawn into the pump within 15–20 seconds. If it is not drawn in, check that the suction line is properly connected to the pump body. Never run the pump dry. If the pump fails to self-prime, check whether the hose is kinked or blocked. The pump’s lubrication depends on the liquid being pumped.

Note: Never run the pump in reverse.
