The journal is so well put together and very good quality. The paper is thick so on the pages that you can color it’s not going to bleed if you use markers. I really love it!

It is left handed just like I asked for and the pages are very thick so it’s less likely to bleed through. Lots of good mental health pages to color though! I love it!
