I purchased beta-alanine to improve my endurance for Jiu-Jitsu. I can say with certainty that it does what it’s advertised to do. My rolls (Jiu-Jitsu sparring sessions) were longer and it took a while for me to finally gas out- about an hour to an hour and a half. My work capacity definitely improved and only on day 3 of using the product. Highly recommend. Im definitely going to be purchasing this again.

To realize the full performance benefits of Beta-Alanine you will need to supplement with a full dosage of Beta-Alanine every day for 4-6 weeks to reach optimal Carnosine levels.
Suggested Usage:
Take 3.2-6.4 grams per day of beta-alanine. To avoid paresthesia, a dose of 0.8-1.6 grams of beta-alanine every 3-4 hours is recommended
