I have two regular and one mini and LOVE them. I took my original to Europe this summer and backpack style was a winner! My new plum bag is my go to for all my music rehearsals. I keep it ready to grab and go with everything I need. And my mini?… perfect as an on the go, every day smaller option. I’ve also sold several musician friends on the bags as well. White Elm is becoming our go to choir bag!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This bag was 2” taller than described on the website. upon trying to return, when they received it back they said they won’t refund me because i kept a strap and removed the plastic wrap…absolutely ridiculous. TERRIBLE customer service and return policy and they are lying. Now i’m out $210.

This feels like a cheap product in high end packaging. The material smells very fishy—in a chemically way. I’ve placed a couple of unlit candles inside of it and am letting it “breathe” before using. The “vegan leather” is just soft plastic/pleather. The smell must be from the processing to make the material feel more supple. If my Keneth Cole Reaction bag could convert to a backpack, I’d use that instead as it has more zippers and compartments for my work things, is very sturdy for weight, and can stand upright when set down on a flat surface. It is also less expensive than this Gemini bag—which feels overpriced for the product. (Incidentally, I got this for my birthday and someone had gifted me a champagne bottle, and it fits snuggly in the side pocket meant for water bottle. For an idea of sizing.) I’m not sure how this Gemini holds up for traveling. I don’t know if the seams will hold up when weighted down with items like a laptop, large water bottle, toiletry bag and other carryon items for a flight. The only way to find out is to unwrap the bag and there are instructions that say the bag cannot be returned if the packaging is not in tact. So, you kind of have to decide if it’s worth the risk, to unwrap it and store items inside to see if they all fit. (I also purchased the matching wallet/clutch. But, I much prefer my genuine leather wallet that has an outer compartment for receipts/boarding pass, passport etc that is nice when just quickly storing things on the go. This wallet feels somewhat limited. Could use fewer credit card slots—most things are digital these days.) I purchased these in “Plum” -which looks very purple. In certain lights, it looks plum-ish. But the purple is a bit bright to be called plum. I’ll try to submit images to show that with yellow incandescent light it can pass as plum—but in natural light—looks a bit more Barney the Dino purple. Will update after use (if those goes surprisingly well or frustratingly disappointing).

This is the most beautiful bag. I can’t wait to take it to work! I am a little worried about the stitches that are one the pockets inside. It looks like it’s already loose. I will try to mindful of those pockets. But I truly love my bag! I got the whole set! I was worried because I missed this color before so when I saw it I bought it right away! Thank you White Elm!!!

I waited and waited and asked and asked for Plum. I literally have every other color that was around since December. This was when I first discovered White Elm. My life has changed so much. It very much has elevated me! I ordered every plum item except the Carina. But I am giving the Gemini to my niece! But I think I need one too. What do you think? My last purchase I just unveiled…the Aquila and it is breathtaking. But sadly, no more White Elm for me until another color comes out…. I wonder what it will be?

I received it a few days ago, and today is the first day I got to use it because I went into the office. I LOVE THIS BAG SO MUCH! Not having to hold my 40oz Stanley and coffee plus whatever else is a game changer. It also fits my lunchbox and laptop, among other things. I love that I can make it a backpack. I’ll be ordering an XL strap for when I wear puffy jackets. The color is beautiful and I already got compliments. The quality feels lovely. Did I mention I’m obsessed? I want to buy one as a present for everyone!!

Was sent the wrong item and is a whole production to get them to allow me to send back the WRONG item they sent. I finally was able to return it and hoping to get the right. I love the bags but their customer service can use some work.
