It almost made me think it was drawing in other fruit flies and gnatties, but I know that's not true. I had a literal swarm of the dern things and they ALL flew right to your product, happily sitting around on top, prolly discussing taking a dip in the delicious smelling odor coming from below. And then they did just that! It was fun to watch! Am I warped-watching the little pests going to their demise? No matter, they are practically all gone now. Just a random few deserters from their fate. They'll give in-just you wait & see!

This product works great! I placed it on the kitchen counter next to the bananas. Then within a couple of days there was a noticeable decrease in the fruit fly population in my kitchen. I just checked inside it out of curiosity to see how many it caught after three weeks, and I was stunned!

It seems like these worked before, but the fruit flies are not going into the traps this time. They do attract them to the tops where I can zap them electronically. I just took a lid completely off one of them to see if that gets any results.

I really love these things for around my kitchen where there's fruit such as bananas on the counter or near our dining table. Without this product, I'd be swatting at those darn gnats but I see a big difference in the lack of swatting!
