I got the box and everything was spilled inside of it. I contacted ELF and no response so I had to contact Tik Tok support. I was very disappointed and I really wanted to try this product since I always buy ELF.

Absolutely love it! The wash felt amazing. A small amount went a long way of the shampoo and conditioner! The shampoo was very lathering it made my scalp feel very clean and airy and smells Amazing like floral! The conditioner made my hair, super soft and shiny, and it is also amazing floral sent! I love the antifreeze spray and that it Doesn’t really have a scent, which is perfect cause it’s not overpowering with the floral that you get from the shampoo and conditioner! I also ordered the oil off of elf’s app And it’s also very floral scent matching the shampoo and conditioner and, not too strong either, I applied three drops in my hand and apply to my hair after blow drying and my hairs very shiny soft and still has volume! I will definitely be making this my hair step Routine from here on out! I used the shampoo, then conditioner, towel dried following with the antifreeze spray, Then blow dried my hair after it’s dried applied the oil and my hair feels like a cloud smells like a field of flowers and looks amazing!

I typically use the way more expensive plex brand, and when I saw this and the price?! I had to try it. Few things to note: -12oz bottles! -They smell very CLEAN like medical clean, but it’s not intolerable. -Humidity Hero frizz spray??? A game changer! Spray and dray with a blow dryer and round brush or the round brush attachment on a Dyson on low heat and my hair was soft, silky smooth, and shiny! This has now become my new go to shampoo/conditioner set. 10000/10 I will buy again!
