I am happy with the cooler purchase. The advertising for the ice packs is deceiving. I would have NEVER ordered them if I knew it was only 1 ice pack. All the photos and descriptions make you believe you are getting 2 ice packs each. I emailed the company and they were not even apologetic. They said a return was my expense. So-I paid $50 for 2 ice packs. Unacceptable!

My large Engel cooler was part of a Skeeter bay boat package purchased in 2016 from a Skeeter bay boat dealer in Flint, Texas. This Engel cooler does a great job keeping my drinks COLD over many days while fishing for snapper off of Grand Isle, LA. One of my cooler lid rubber latches failed and I was able to purchase replacement latches with mounting hardware and shipping from Engel for a very fair price of $20.96! My experiences with ALL other cooler brands is numerous latches and hinge failures!!! Thanks for making a quality product AND having replacement parts for a fair price. I strongly recommend Engel coolers!!!
