This flat iron is great! It heats up incredibly fast. The infrared technology seems to lock in moisture, so my hair stays straight and smooth all day without needing touch-ups. It feels comfortable to hold. My hair feels soft, shiny, smooth, and looks so much healthier.

Had a little mishap with our dryers magnets breaking after first use. I reached out to Ruth on the email that’s provided on the box. She immediately emailed back and sent us a new one and said keep the other. Best customer service and we love the product!! If we didn’t we would’ve just asked for $ !
