Comfort: Firm cushioning but I like that so it keeps it shape. Size Suitability: Great size, can fold into like a pet couch or extended dog bed. The assembly took longer than expected and the instructions could’ve been a little more detailed. The crate is very sturdy and fits well for a small dog. I have a chihuahua mixed and she still had room in it but not as much as a normal wire crate. The draws have plenty storage. Dog bowl isn’t useful
