These might actually by my most favorite pair of footwear that I own right now. They're not quite matte black, but they're also not exactly grey... they're somewhere in-between. They're incredibly stylish and comfortable, and the zippered sides make them very easy to slip on and off. They go with virtually anything. I can't speak 100% on the durability/longevity of these boots, as I haven't had them very long or worn them a lot, but so far they've been holding up extremely well. They probably have a little over 100 hours worth of wear on them right now.

Rated a 5 because these are great looking boots (for the price). However, the upper material is thin and I do not think it will last long. I returned and bought near identical boots from Arkbird and like them much better.

People say true to size but I'm a 13 and at least those run a bit larger so much like Vans, for my third pair I bought a 12 and they are perfect stillTo the other point. I bought a pair in July, August and the black ones now in September. These are great and I've worn them everywhere from thick fields on my friends farm here in Texas to long walks all over Venice and downtown LA in California with zero problems or discomfortI plan on getting just about all colors

I expected that I may not like these, as I want sure about the zippers. But that ended up being the best part of these boots! One I zip them to, I don't even need to tie the laces, I just tuck them inside and that solves everything. I love these and am so glad I bought them.

Order a size or 1/2 size down what you typically wear. I usually wear 10.5 but 9.5 in these is perfect. They look great.
