I am absolutely loving using the crown lift pillow system. I was having significant neck pain and have used it every night for almost a month, and my pain has almost completely resolved. I am typically a side sleeper, but since starting using the system, I have found that I wake up more and more laying on my back, which is also helping with chronic lower back pain. I didnt even realize it was my pillow. Well I mean I did know something was wrong but not that it wasn’t holding my head. I can honestly say this system is great. Took me a few times of readjusting in my pillow to find what worked but once I did I haven’t gone without it. Best little invention ever! Get one you won’t regret. I don’t.

Been using this for 2 weeks now with mixed results. I have a shredded foam pillow and the insert just into my pillow case lifted my head too high even with the smallest insert. Used the recommendation for moving the insert into my pillow and it has been greatly improved. The soft and stable insert has improved my sleep as well as helped with elevating my head for limiting my snoring.

The Crown Lift is such a great system. For me its been a true Miracle, I had no idea my pillow was actually making my head sink causing so much pressure on my neck and shoulders. What an incredible product I didn't know I needed. I was gifted a Crown Lift and instantly noticed a difference in my sleep quality and overall neck comfort. Because of this I got one for a family member going through cervical surgery and recovery and it was been a lifesaver for her. She’s able to comfortably sleep through the night when no other pillow was meeting that need.

I have been using the Crown Lift for months now. I first used the 2 inch on top of my coop pillow after taking some filler out.Then I switched it to the bottom of the pillow and it works beautifully. I haven’t had any neck stiffness since I started using this system. I also don’t notice any nasal draining that I used to have. Highly recommend theCrown Lift for anyone. You do have to experiment with different ways and the different sizes. It also takes some time for your neck to adjust as you have been sleeping with head drop for many years.

The solution to all of my neck problems! I had been waking up with stiffness in my neck and migraines. I never thought my pillow could be the culprit! After extensive research and finding Sanctuary Sleep on TikTok, I bought the crown lift to insert into my very expensive pillow.
