Love this product, but shipment was a disaster. The pump is broken, product leaked out soaking the wrapping and box. Prequel doesn’t use a stopper to prevent the pump from moving. I got the plastic off with some effort, the pump just spins and doesn’t stop in the open position to depress the pump.

I’ve used a lot of prequel products and they never disappoint. However, I’ve stayed pretty loyal to the Korean oil cleanser I’ve been using for years. I thought it was perfect. Until I tried this one! It’s absolute perfection. I wish they made it in a 64oz bottle so I could use it on my entire body lol the cleanse is so effective, I could probably get away with not using my water based cleanser!

I think I’m on bottle 6. I knew nothing of double cleansing until coming on here and seeing estheticians talk about it. I use this first on dry skin, then add water. I follow with the Prequel glycerin cleanser. The skin on my face is more youthful, plump and for the first time ever, I’ve taken a photo of myself without makeup. Buy this in bulk. I will never use anything else.
