Product was fine. However, I ordered on Dec 3, 2024. Wasn't shipped until Dec 18, 2024. Couldn't get clear status due to automated responses that didn't answer questions. Phone unanswered. They blamed their high rate of sales that slowed delivery. Absolutely no customer service. Better off buying from a retailer.

I like it,but I don't like it. It seems when it's on the bag ,the bag falls over when on the seat of the car. Otherwise makes it nice to carry the bag. I would order another one if I need to.

It serves its purpose. Would be nice if it had a second velcro and flap to keep it attached to the strap when not in use. Just have to be mindful to keep it clasped if not it will fall off.
