I extended my nails using clear extreme and blink forms 3-4 weeks ago for the first time. Super easy and it really simplified getting the perfect straight extensions on the twisted crooked fingers of my dominant hand. I had great retention and no lifting at my 2 weeks ago fill. Even though the form gave a perfect top line I prefer to have more of a pronounced apex so I did that freehand when I filled and like them even better.

I just bought the blink forms and used them for the first time. I practiced on myself first. I have a rounded nail bed, and generally have the most trouble with falsies or sculpted nails (acrylic or hard gel) lifting. If anyone is familiar with Apres nail tips, I use their sculpted tips (not trying to advertise, just trying to be clear on what I'm working with). Anyway, after prepping the nail plate and cuticles, following the YT tutorial a few times to get the hang of it, I ended up really liking the blink forms. They're easy to use, easy to clean up, and are maleable to being flattened to help customize the fit of the form to different shaped nail beds. For my own nails, I found I had to first add a bead of building gel (clear, extreme) on my nail at the curved peak and flash cure, before applying the forms. This was to avoid the empty space between the form and nail near the smile line/free edge. Then I used the blink forms as instructed and applied them to my prepared nails, added any structure needed, shaped and filed, and finally painted. The end result was nails that looked natural and the process was relatively painless. With a bit more practice, I can see this method saving me A LOT of time building nails in the future. I love them they make a repair super easy. I did a full set on my nails it made it so easy this is my second week and no breaks. I think it would be great for toes also. We're so happy to know that you love the new BLINKForms! Glad to hear that they are making life in the salon easier!
