Meraki BSO is excellent. It takes a little to adjust to the taste so I add a tablespoon of red grapefruit juice to my daily dose. Also I have found starting out with only 3 pumps for a few days then work up to suggested amount. I am definitely sleeping very sound since starting the BSO. I have other friends using as well now.

The effects are great, not as immediate or profound as trying Methylene Blue for the first time, but definitely positive. The taste is kind of piney, I like it. I've been doing it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, going to try it before bed to see how it affects my sleep.

I have Renal Cell Carcinoma. In 2022, I was diagnosed with it. I lost my right kidney. It metastasized to my lungs as stage 4 in all four lobes. I went through immunotherapy with keytruda until my lungs became inflamed and switched over to chemo, which turned out to be worse for my body, but great for our healthcare system. In May of 2024, the cancer had metastasized to my T-11 Vertebrae. I had the max dose of radiation to the area, which had no effect. I had the tumor removed in July, however scans done in August showed the cancer still present where the surgery was performed. Of course, the Dr recommended another surgery, but I declined and stopped all treatments. In March of 2025, I began taking Meraki Methylene Blue daily, 10 drops to be specific. In April, I added the Meraki cold pressed black seed oil to my regiment. These two products are the ONLY doses I take, other than a pill for high blood pressure. Well, I had ct scans done earlier this month(May 2025) and my cancer is stable. THERE IS NO NEW GROWTH! I will take this as a win and I believe that your products, Methylene Blue and Black Seed oil are responsible for it!
