All full sets of Luxy Hair Extensions come with a tester weft which you can see if the color is a good match. If it isn't, we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days!

Q:Do I need to return the sample swatches?
A:You do not need to return the sample swatches back to us.
Q:What is the best way to use the sample swatch?
A:Our sample swatches are intended for color matching purposes only (the base of the weft is not included). We suggest holding up the sample swatch to the middle/lower parts of your hair, in natural light, to see if the shade is an ideal match for you. If you have any questions or are unsure of the color match, please feel free to email us at info@luxyhair.com with your photos.

Q:Luxy Hair Color Guide: How do I choose the right color of hair extensions?
A:Luxy Hair extensions are offered in 38 beautiful colors ranging from Jet Black to Platinum Blonde, and from Highlights to Balayage. Our extensions are made with a multi-tonal adapt coloring system, which means that there are subtle highlights and lowlights, lighter strands and darker strands throughout each set. This gives the shades movement, dimension, and depth. It also ensures that the extensions blend with your natural hair even if your hair color is a few shades off.
What if I'm not sure which color to choose?
Click here for help deciding between colors and to see them in action. Each full set of Clip-In and Halo extensions (as well as our Luxy Hair Ponytail Extension) includes a tester weft. You can use this weft to compare it to your own hair before committing to the full set. We offer 60-day returns and exchanges if the color doesn't match. We support you!

Q:Does a Luxy Hair set come with a sample swatch?
A:Each Luxy Hair set (excluding Volumizer Wefts) comes with a tester weft in the top of the box to test the shade in person. This tester weft is a 2-clip weft and is part of the set. This tester weft is different from our sample swatches.
