To ensure dual outputs of 4K@60Hz video via the USB-C port, please use a USB-C laptop that supports both DP 1.4a standard and MST output. The latest Mac computer with an ARM processor can only support DP SST mode, so two duplicate contents will be displayed.

Apart from switching via the front panel buttons and the included IR remote, keyboard hotkey switching is also supported on this 4K KVM switch, so you can enjoy a simple, fast and convenient user experience. Just connect a keyboard to its dedicated USB 1.1 port and press “hotkey+1/2/3” (default hotkey: Tab) to switch to the desired source.

Notes: 1. The hotkey function is enabled by default. It can also be disabled by pressing the combined 4 keys (“Left Ctrl” + “Alt” + “Shift” + “]” ) if you don’t need the function. 2. You can also change the hotkey from “Tab” to “Caps Lock” if you need. Please refer to the “Hotkey Function” part in the user manual to learn more.
