Right when I opened it, it seemed like new. After using it for a day, I couldn’t find any mishaps with the laptop. There are no scratches or dent marks, and the laptop functions perfectly well. The only thing I would’ve liked to see, is a better packaging. That’s just personal preference, the satisfying of taking off the stickers and peels, but everything has been perfect.

I’m actually sending my product back. When I received it, it came fast, but didn’t turn on for almost a day. Then when I tried to open it, there was some sort of sticky residue that wouldn’t allow me to open it. I had to almost pry it open. I wiped it down with Clorox wipes and closed it. When I came back later to open it, same problem. I’m not sure what that residue is, but it’s going back.
