My first purchase from POV. Was excited to try the new lip shades in Mikayla’s Birthday Bundle. My order just arrived and one of the duo shades was supposed to be Cannoli gloss with the Crème liner. Instead, they sent Boston Cream Pie gloss with the Crème liner. Super disappointed. Not a great first time experience with POV.
