This toy and company are excellent. I received toy last week. However, it was missing one of the bridge gates preventing that part of the toy from working properly. I messaged this company and they sent me replacement parts for the bridge. Now the bridge part of the toy works as intended.
I'm happy and my grandson is super happy about this toy. It keeps him entertained for at least 15 minutes. Kudos to the company for handling this issue promptly and professional.
