I am extremely disappointed. Not only was my order delayed, but 5 out of the 6 shirts I ordered were missing. At some point someone sliced open my package, stole my shirts, and then resealed the package with clear packing tape. I reached out to the seller and was originally told they would reship the missing shirts, a day later they reached back out and denied my claim. I reached out to customer support, and was informed this case was closed. I provided imagines of the package showing where I opened it, and where the package was cut open and resealed. Still nothing. The only option I was left with was to go through the bank and do a chargeback and thats just a total BS option because then my primary payment method gets blacklisted from Tiktok Shop. I didn't expect much either than the seller to do right buy its customer, but I guess that was to much to ask for. Just know if you purchase and your stuff gets stolen, they won't do anything about it. Good luck.
