After rearranging our home, we decided to keep the product and make it work despite the color not matching what was advertised. However, while assembling the TV stand, my husband discovered it is also missing a piece, meaning the item is now both mismatched in color AND incomplete.
This is unacceptable. I was willing to keep the item and move forward, but a missing piece means the product cannot even be properly assembled or used as intended. This is a separate and serious defect on top of the color issue. I am renewing my request for a full refund immediately. Please advise on next steps without further delay.
