This is not suitable for carrying on a hike! 🤣 I have the two burner one, just fried about 10lbs of ocean perch fillets in a 17inch cast iron skillet, done in about 20/30 mins. I might have taken 1 star off because the “Low” setting what I thought “High” would, and “High” might as well be the NOS button. Then again that might be because I cranked the propane tank valve all the way open. This will come in handy for smelly food not being cooked inside anymore.
This charcoal smoker was easy to assemble. It's a great option if you want a smoker that's versatile enough for backyard BBQs or camping. Definitely worth checking out!
Perfect. It holds heat but very careful. Easy to put together . It dies take a while to cool down. The a few knobs were hard to put on but we got them on. Its very heavy i wish it came with a carry case. love it
