Handling + Storage

All pretzels are handmade and shipped the same day your order is baked. Everything our bakers make in a day will leave our facility that same day. We don't have backstock available which is why processing may take a few 2-10 business days. It all depends on where you live and how many orders we have in line.

Handling: Unbox your pretzels within 24 hours of arrival and store them in the freezer if not enjoying that day. This will prevent your fresh pretzels from perishing up to 90 days. Each box includes heating and storage instructions inside. Pretzels and any dips you may buy will arrive at ambient (room temp) which is perfectly safe.
