We have a 35 year-old pizza oven that works wonderful for two of the pretzels to be perfectly toasted. The mustard adds to the memory of being back in Pennsylvania eating a hot pretzel from a vendor.

I’m hooked- love the flavor and it’s easy to bake- 6 minutes & it’s soft. My brother in law just ordered his.

Pretzels arrive after 5 or so days after shipping (10 days after I ordered them) basically stale. I immediately put all but one in the freezer as recommended. I preheated my oven to 350 and baked for about 6-7 minutes. The pretzel gets revived from stale to hot and soft. The flavor isn’t bad but not great. The chew is crisp outside and very soft inside. Not really the texture of a great Philly pretzel. I will say they are far better than supermarket frozen pretzels but not really close to a fresh pretzel purchased from a street vender in Philly or NY.
