The product quality was ok the flower are bright colored did not look like the pic needed more branches....still good ....the flowers were coming off n some stems.

I bought 2 of these, when they arrived I opened the package & processed to fluff or spin them upside down to fluff. The first one was great it was full & pretty although the second one wasn’t the same it had tons of fall out & it’s pretty much sat this point.

I'm actually a little disappointed in my flowers, they're several flowers that's not on the stems, A few were in the pack when I opened it. I'm going to try to hot glue them on. I got this arrangement to put on my Mom's final resting place. But since getting it & the condition it's in, I'm not doing that now. If all the missing flowers were in the pack, I wud try to hot them & possibly cud put down for my Mom. But there not, just empty stems on the arrangement.

These flowers were not as I expected. They were completely smashed, flowers falling apart & missing and stem broken. I would like a refund, please.

Some of the stems were broken off when I the flowers. They were squished into a poly mailer. Bent stems that don't sit straight and flop down now. Becareful when buying.

The flowers are beautiful! Just be careful when doing the install, because just a little bit extra pressure caused the install “rod” to crack.

Hard plastic leaves. Everytime you I try to fluff they break off and flowers fall off easy. Came in a bag and flowers and stems were broken in bottom of bag. One hard rain and these flowers will be gone. Just trying to fluff and arrange they lost flowers.Now a big pain to return. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Super disappointed how these were sent to me. Terrible packaging and when I tried to open, they started falling apart. Overall, they seem OK but cannot believe the way they were sent. Very unprofessional shipping …couldn’t be back in the bag if I tried

I think this is very nice!! They are beautiful and look real, I put mine with all of my living plants for a pop of color! Very well made, dont try to adjust the limbs and stuff, they can spin a round and point down. But its a simple fix. I will be buying more if these! Great product!

You have to carefully fluff it out. Lost a lot of flowers and on one literally all the top stems fell out so I’m going to attempt to hot glue it back together. Pros - my husband and kids all thought they were real. Cons - it is damaged but I don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of returning.
