Haven’t actually ingested Cats claw yet! However I had a friend have a shingles breakout over stress. She had burning,pain, itching and bad blisters. I made a tincture mix of Cats claw, castor oil,tea tree and lavender essential oils. Let me tell you putting it in morning and night after the second day the pain subsided and by the 4th night the blisters and rash look as though her body absorbed it. So crazy but pretty sure she has Cats claw to thank.
