It’s been about three weeks now since I’ve using the Renu Silica. I started with the 1/4 teaspoon for two weeks an hour before taking my medication then I gradually started 1 teaspoon which made me feel nauseous. So I started using 1/2 teaspoon an hour after my medication and it’s been working. I noticed I’ve been having less pain in my knee and have not had a candy bar since then. I feel comfortable taking the 1/2 teaspoon and will do so from now on. Thank you so much.
