Product came damaged. There was zero packaging materials inside the box. They literally just threw all the pieces in there and shipped it. Very disappointing especially when shipping was charged.

Item is cute, however, it was packaged very poorly. The box wasn't even sealed and the small pice are just tossed into the box. Again, the edges weren't sealed, only taped in the middle and I'm missing multiple pieces that I'm sure just fell out in shipping.

I purchased 4 different colors for myself & gifts. They are cute. They are not quality made but for the price not too bad. One of them came with the 2 of the same hat and missing 1 hat. Another set was missing a magnet on one of the hats. And yet another one the magnet came out immediately when I was trying the hat on.

I don’t get what I ordered. I ordered a “welcome” sign that was supposed to hang. Instead I got a small little statue that doesn’t say welcome or hang. Pics below. The seller reached out and corrected the error. I was shipped the correct item. Thank you.

I really do like this product, however, some of the pieces were missing magnets. Although the seller was kind enough to give a partial refund, I figure I can’t give it 5 stars because of the problem. Overall, I think it’s worth it, my mom loves it.

The video does not represent the item properly. Some of the small pieces were not quality checked and have garbage plywood stripes on them which makes me want to throw some of them away. The video demonstrates a large circle sign not a junky stand.
