Both the vaginal suppository and the customer support is exceptional. I started with the lowest strength and have now moved into the silver strength. It helps the pain but I still was not able to have intercourse even with using this, dilators, Vagifem, going to pelvic PT, and having Mona Lisa laser done every 3 months. All this was getting very pricey and still not fixing my problems. Also still having severe bladder issues. I finally started bio identical HRT last month. That's helping more than anything I've tried.
