I ordered from them on July 20th never received it! Wrote a review about how I never gotten it and was immediately reached out to by “ customer service “ Allie. After tracking the package it was delivered to Plano an Hour away, she then told me to confirm my address for another package to be sent ON THEM FOR THE INCONVENIENCE but because I told her I reached out to MY BANK for a refund she then told me that they were canceling the shipment that was supposed to be on THEM for me contacting my bank for a refund for the FIRST order I NEVER received. Lol I’m super confused “ on them “ means FREE right ? Why would my refund impact that FREE package? She then stated that they cannot do both refund and reship however if I would’ve never said anything about contacting my bank for this unacceptable FOOLISHNESS that shipment would’ve been expedited to me lol. These people are a joke I’ve been seeing other options lately ima explore cause this experience has been the absolute WORST! Waiting almost a month for a package that Tracking number and UNKOWN CARRIER they use NEVER updated since July 31st, to be told my package was delivered on the 1st of August a HOUR away, THEN told a FREE package will be reshipped ON THEM (Got all the way to a confirmation email sent out by the company) just for them to cancel it and issue a refund. If it’s on all it should be FREE despite me getting my money back for the first shipment I NEVER got there’s no justification vee fresh is wrong! I’m sure this have to be approved by one of the team members or WHATEVER so I will be sharing my experience EVERYWHERE I can leave a review or comment on!
