I recently ordered the Plant Starter Pack and a Delta 60 filter from Buce Plant. I’m very happy with the plants—they arrived in good health, with a nice variety included. However, the Delta 60 filter I received was damaged. The inlet connection is very fragile, and it started leaking immediately after installation. Initially, I thought it was a sealing issue or that I hadn’t latched it properly, but upon closer inspection, I found that the inlet pipe was cracked at the housing. This seems to be a weak point in the design, which I suspect will cause issues for others using this model. Interestingly, the outlet side is better reinforced and has more material supporting the connection, but for the price, I expected a higher level of build quality throughout. I can’t recommend the Delta 60 filter. Note: I haven’t contacted support yet, as I had already attempted to use the filter before realizing the damage.

I have two of these on 7 gallon tanks and both are working perfectly. Pros: Powerful, quiet, easy maintenance with quick release double tap valve (sold separately). Cons: Quick release double tap valves needs to be purchased (2 for IN, 2 for OUT), Hoses aren’t long enough if using the valves, NO flow of output unless valves are used. An improvement would be either longer hoses come with the filter or extra set of hoses with valves.

First off the filter looks really nice, just an added bonus though as functionality is more important. As for that, it is working great. There is ample space inside for filter material, I have two sponges from my prior filters inside it, I just took out one of the included media trays to fit it. It is super quiet, and I also bought the quick release valves that UNS makes in order to adjust the flow rate as well as make cleaning the filter easier.

Still in the cycling process, but when you add the whole UNS system to your tank, you can't go wrong. I would highly recommend the Delta Quick release tap valves for easy flow adjustments.

Comes with a variety of accessories to customize your setup which is pretty cool and works well my only issue and it’s small is the noise level just a bit noisy but after a little bit you won’t even notice it a great canister filter for the price

The setup video was a huge help, since this filter can either hang on the back or be used in cannister mode. I love the output options and the suction cups to help really make things look great. My water looks so clear and my fish are super happy!

The assembly is straightforward BUT the setup video says to fill the canister first before use. Don't do that as it leaves too much air in the canister and causes the media to rattle which is annoying as all get out. Better to start with the tank and tubes empty. With the canister unplugged, place the input line in the tank, then hold the output above the tank and suck on it for a second to prime the pump. This will cause the canister to fill and push air out. Once done, place the output in the tank and plug the canister in. Works great with no rattling if you do it this way. Overall love the design and quality but pulled my hair out for an evening trying to get the rattling to stop. ;)

Such a solid filter! I’m very impressed. Not really much for startup instructions but I just looked up a video for that. The size is very nice as I was able to add extra bio beads to the filter and some filter floss during assembly with no flow issues. Very happy with my purchase

Expected this filter to be loud but I can't even hear it 10 feet away. It's so much quieter than any other filter I've ever had and does such a good job!

Canister filter is minimal in the best way. Keeps it simple but plenty of utility. All connections and removable parts lock together tightly, runs quietly and efficiently. Just the right size for a 10-15 gallon tank with a lower flow rate, but still plenty of filtering capability. I would recommend replacing the media with one of your choice. The inside of the filter is very dusty when it first arrives, due to the media being loosely inside during shipping (this is how mine came anyway). A simple rinse will solve the issue. For a compact filter it is a good one.
