Compact Dual-Trumpet 12V Air Horn Kit
Upgrade your vehicle with a compact dual-trumpet air horn featuring an integrated 12V mini compressor.
The two different trumpet lengths produce a fuller dual-tone sound profile while maintaining a compact size suitable for many vehicle installations.
Important Sound Expectation
This is a compact vehicle air horn, not a full-size train horn or air-tank-powered horn system.
Actual sound output may vary depending on:
·Battery voltage
·Wiring quality
·Relay and fuse setup
·Mounting location
·Vehicle type
·Surrounding environment
For the best performance, use a secure battery connection, proper grounding, and the included relay.
Key Features
Dual-Tone Trumpet Design
Two trumpet lengths create a more noticeable dual-tone sound compared with a basic single-tone horn.
Integrated 12V Mini Compressor
The built-in compressor supplies airflow without requiring a separate external air tank.
Chrome-Finish ABS Trumpets
The trumpet tubes are made from lightweight ABS material with a chrome-style finish.
Selected mounting and compressor components are made with metal and zinc-alloy materials for structural support.
Compact Installation Size
Designed for installation in areas where a larger air-tank horn system may not fit.
Compatible with Many 12V Vehicles
Suitable for many:
·Cars
·Pickup trucks
·SUVs
·Motorcycles
·Boats
·Off-road vehicles
Vehicle-specific wiring, connectors, or mounting adjustments may be required.
Installation Information
Basic automotive electrical knowledge is required.
Use a dedicated fused power connection from the vehicle battery and operate the compressor through the included relay.
The factory horn wire should normally be used as the relay trigger rather than powering the compressor directly.
Some vehicles use:
·A one-wire factory horn
·Chassis grounding
·Negative-trigger wiring
·Computer-controlled horn circuits
These vehicles may require a different wiring method or additional connectors.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with vehicle relays, grounding, or electrical systems.
Mounting Tips
·Install the horn in a secure and protected location.
·Position the trumpet openings downward to reduce water and debris buildup.
·Keep the compressor and wiring away from excessive heat.
·Do not submerge the horn or expose it directly to high-pressure water.
·Confirm all wiring and mounting hardware are secure before use.
Package Includes
·Dual trumpet horn assembly
·Integrated 12V mini compressor
·Mounting bracket and hardware
·Relay
·Wiring harness
A properly rated fuse and vehicle-specific electrical connectors may be required depending on the installation.
Before Purchasing
Please note:
·This product is not designed to sound like a full-size train horn.
·It may not plug directly into every factory horn connector.
·Sound performance depends heavily on correct wiring and installation.
·Trumpet tubes are chrome-finish ABS plastic, not solid metal.
·Check the available mounting space and your vehicle's electrical system before ordering.
Compliance Testing
The tested sample passed FCC Part 15 Subpart B electromagnetic-emissions testing and RoHS restricted-substance testing.
These compliance tests relate to electromagnetic emissions and restricted substances; they do not measure horn loudness or determine local road-use legality.
Please check local vehicle-noise regulations before installation and use.

Air Horn Safety Warning & Installation Tips
Important: Please follow these instructions for safe installation and operation.
·Fuse Requirements: Use a 25A slow-blow fuse for protection. A lower amperage (≤20A) or fast-blow fuse will cause burnout during operation.
·Voltage Compatibility: 12V DC only. Never connect to 24V DC or AC power. Incorrect voltage may cause permanent damage.
·Proper Wiring: Connect directly to the vehicle’s battery with a dedicated circuit. Avoid sharing with other high-power devices (e.g., lights, audio). Ensure all wiring is tight and secure.
·Use the Built-In Relay: Always use the integrated relay for on/off control to avoid fuse burnout. Manual switching can cause excessive current impact.
·No Modifications: Do not disassemble or modify the air horn. Unauthorized changes may lead to safety hazards and damage.
·Pre-Operation Check: Verify the voltage, fuse, and wiring before use. If fuse burns out repeatedly, stop use and check installation.
Professional installation recommended for optimal safety. Incorrect installation may void warranty.
Note: Compliance with FCC and RoHS ensures environmental and user safety when installed correctly.
