Everything seems to add up for my novice brain, but how come we’ve all got the same testing results of the same 100g sample that was tested in 06/2024…Something’s not adding up.

Overall a great product and the expected unique flavor was actually subtle in comparison to other shilajit that I have used in the past. Only criticism is that the serving utensil was made of anodized metal so I there it away and went with a stainless version that came with a different vendor.

I'm not one to notice a difference when I take supplements, but I did notice a difference with my eczema when I took this for the first week or so (or maybe it was a coincidence). However, after a week or so, I did not feel any additional changes/benefits -- perhaps I was/am at 'optimal' health already :). I will continue to try whenever I get an eczema flair up.

Not to sure about this, the taste and smell is vey much like tar or old engine oil…it did come with a certification of no heavy metals but looked generic. I did try for a few days but was a bit uneasy on the smell and taste. Energy wise haven’t seen a difference.
