I have looked for many years for a really good, sharp and dependable knife that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. FINALLY I've found it...so I bought two different models! This knife makes such a huge difference in cutting everything. I bought one for my daughter who is extremely accident prone in the kitchen. She absolutely loves to cook but cuts herself every time. She LOVES this knife. She has so much control over it and her hand doesn't slip like with other knives. Also the protective sheath they came with keeps it nice and safe in the drawer.

It’s a great knife over all, it’s made well and it has a great wood handle not sure what kind but it’s nice and it feels good in the hand when using it. The leather sleeve is also nice, I like the weight it carries for chopping and the design looks aggressively cool. I gifted one to my brother in law and he’s extremely impressed and happy with it, give it a shot and see for yourself..
