The bottle leaked a lot of the shampoo out into the bubble wrap so when I asked for a refund because a lot had spilled out and supplied pictures they asked me to return the bottle of what was left in the original box. So I never got to try it. So now i have to take the package to a post office to return it in order to get my refund. That's just ridiculous. It was an error on their part! I hope you have a better experience.
