I feed my dogs homemade food and wanted to add Omega 3s and this has been perfect. I started slowly so not to upset tummies and haven't had any issues. They both love it and it's a bonus that my cats love it too!

Started to add Wild Alaskan Salmon oil to my 5-year old Golden Retriever's food twice a day. Poor Mango has really bad hips and allergies. I've seen an improvement in his skin over the past few weeks, and hope to see some relief from his hip pain. The website and ordering process are super easy. Best of all, Mango devours his food now that the Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil is added!

I bought this product as my dog was doing a lot of itching and scratching during these cold winter months. Since giving her the fish oil daily she has stopped itching and her coat is softer and shiny, The fish oil also entices my other dog to eat sooner.

I just received my Salmon Oil, so can not comment on the impact it has yet. But it arrived intact so that is a good start. However, I can comment on my confusion regarding the labels. I ordered both a 16oz and a 32oz bottle for ease of use between two locations. When comparing the labels on each, there were differences between them despite it being the same product in theory.
Storage:
One bottle said to store between 55-65 degrees F (which is an awkward temperature range, not room temp nor refrigerator temp). The other bottle said to store at room temperature under 86 degrees F or refrigerate. I’ll keep them in the refrigerator as my best guess to avoid spoilage.
Ingredients:
One bottle says the only ingredient is Salmon Oil, while the other says Salmon Oil and Mixed Tocopherols. Not sure why one would have preservatives and the other wouldn’t.
Guaranteed Analysis:
One bottle says 1 teaspoon is 4. 9 ml, while the other says 1 teaspoon is 5 ml. (Why round one but not the other?)
One bottle has 99% crude fat/1% water, while the other has 95% crude fat/2% water. (Maybe because of the preservative difference?)
One bottle says EPA-350mg/DHA-440mg, while the other says EPA-370mg/DHA-460mg. (Maybe because of the preservative difference?)
For calorie content one bottle says 8,500 kcal/kg or 38 kcal/tsp, while the other says 8,180 kcal/kg or 38 kcal/tsp. (I assume a result of calculation rounding, but if the kcal/kg is different…. the kcal/tsp should also be different. )
All relatively minor items, but still confusing why. If the same product in different sizes, make them identical. I am still optimistic I will like the product itself and it will help my dog.
