I love the full-size Waymaker but prefer the smaller thinner strap from the mini. The stripe is such a cute detail and the shipping was so quick. All ANDAR products are such great quality & craftsmanship.

I needed a strap for my vintage bag and was having such a hard time matching the leather color I was about to throw in the towel! I saw this Andar strap online and thought the color would be a super close match to the canvas of the bag and since I live in the area, stopped in to see. Firstly, this was my first experience with the brand and I loved everything I saw! I will be back for the Memphis and the strap did actually match the canvas pretty spot on, so I went for it. I like to hand carry- but sometimes you need both hands free, so I’m excited to be able to do that without having to go for a black strap! Thanks!!

I purchased this bag and paid for the matching leather strap before an international trip. I paid for: 1.) expedited shipping 2.) priority processing 3.) to “tip” the staff I received my order 2 days before I was set to leave and found that they had sent the wrong-colored strap color. I wrote them advising of the issue and expressing my disappointment, especially because I had paid so, so much to assure I received everything on time, and, I assumed, for additional attention to my order. The response I received back from Roark was “we understand mistakes happen”, no offer to refund part of my additional fees, provide a coupon, anything other than “that’s ok, when you’re back, you can just return it!”. The whole situation did not inspire confidence about shopping here in the future.
