Centurion Health stops most reviews I do of pills, so I'm not sure what to say here. The pills go down smoothly, they cause no ill effects, and they seem to work as described.

It is easy on my stomach, even after getting over being sick, it is still easy on my stomach.Collegen has a good list of possible health benefits. I'm not sure if it makes a difference on the source.One of the first things that came up, looking up collegen is that it is supposed to be good for aging skin. Other things that it is claimed to be good for are, joint health, bone health,nail health, hair health, skin health, gut health, and wound recovery.I can't say for sure about all of the benefits but my back and joints haven't been hurting for a long time, since I've been taking a few supplements I'm not certain what supplements to give the credit to, but I do know for sure that this supplement has not had any noticeable negative side effects.Considering the benefits of collegen I do recommend it.

After using for a month - So far I’ve noticed an improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. My skin is really glowy and my nails aren’t as fragile as they were before taking the product. I will definitely continue to repurchase! I didn’t notice any strange aftertaste which was a big bonus!

These seem to be pretty good value for one of these since they're made in the US and have been of good quality. I take it as directed, which means two pills a day with a light meal. The pills are basically powder contained with in very slippery elongated shells that go down really easily because they're so narrow. It's been easy to swallow even though they're quite large. As for tastes, it doesn't taste like anything because they haven't been hard enough to swallow that they stay in my mouth when they melt. Good design.I haven't noticed any upset stomach or weird reactions to it so it seems to be working.
