I am currently about 75% done with the bottle and it has worked great for me so far. My hormonal acne has not flared. I used to touch my jawline and feel bumps under the skin, but now I don’t feel any and haven’t had a breakout. My urine did turn orange which freaked me out.

This is my second bottle have not noticed any difference. Going to keep taking to see if any changes. What I didn't like is that I was shorted 2 pills on first bottle and 4 on the bottle I just received on 03/25/2023. They really need to count correctly.

I take DIM daily to help with hormone balance, have been for about a year and I feel great. My boyfriend takes it also. It helps balance estrogens in the body, my doctor recommended it. This DIM in particular seems fine, I appreciate that it’s a ‘clean’ product- no yucky chemicals. This product has everything I’m looking for, easy to take and great for the price.

My initial plan was to take 1 before bed to help avoid possible side effects of nausea and headache. Turns out, that is the wrong approach. For 2 days, I woke with a terrible migraine, gas, and vomiting that did not go away. Please take it with breakfast. No side effects at all now. Still too soon to see the results I'm looking for, but I wanted to let everyone know how to take this product so you don't give up like I almost did.

When I turned 30 the powers that be had decided my skin had been pretty and clear for far too long BAM! cystic acne. I tried everything for 4 years, expensive derm appts, creams and medications. I decided to try NewLife DIM after getting a hormone panel test done from my doctor.
