The ring just arrived. The ring packaging was better than expected having its own small box. The ring fits like a glove and is comfortable. The sizing was spot on. The color was a little lighter than I expected. Overall pleased. Now to see if it will hold up to daily use.

I had a tear in my groove ring. I had purchased it a few years ago not through groove's website. I had no receipt. I sent in a warranty case to see if groove could help and they sent me a brand new one even without a receipt.
