I like the fact this tea comes ground so it is easy to prepare with warm water. It is called matcha because it is a powder similar to matcha, but it is in reality blue pea tea. No caffeine in this herbal tea that has many benefits for heath, just look at them online. I have the no ground version which I find more flavorful, but this organic product is fantastic Asti to make cocktails, muffins, triffle, or just to drink as an infusion: there are many possibilities. The quality is top and the product organic, I bought another one to offer.

I bought this to liven up cocktails. It clumps a little bit when stirring it in, but otherwise works great. The flavor is very neutral, as long as you're not using too much.If you're using it to color beverages, start out using way less than the bag recommends. I found that half or less of the recommended serving worked well to give the drink a nice color.

I brought this tea to a friends dinner party. She was serving Thai food and I thought it would be a great addition to share this Thai drink. We had it iced with oat milk, so that when we added lemon, the drink wouldn’t curdle. The guests were fascinated by the blue to purple color and the drink was delicious.

I am very happy with my butterfly flower tea , this is amazing because really there is no negative comments to write , the tea has so much health benefits and for my son who does not like most fruits and veggies this is a great way to build his immune system . The kids will love it because its a light blue in color and when you add anything that citrus to it the color will change to purple , i make my son cold lemonade and he loves this as we do too.

Product came overnight and was very fresh.Butterfly pea naturally has a very mild taste to it. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pick up the taste of it in this smoothie.I’ve used the dried flowers in the past and this is by far superior to that.Will buy more on a regular basis.There was no clumping in the product I received. It’s of the highest quality, imo.Very impressed with the price for what the product is.The flowers I buy are much more expensive and not as potent.I don’t know what to say just yet about blending. I used this in my ninja and anything is gonna blend up in that. But, I will try this in a hot matcha later this week and see how that goes..

This make you feel alive and energetic. The tast in tea is earthy but ok. I drink it in earl gray no sugar or honey. I like it in lemonade. It is good the lemonade turns purple. But the flavour is good no earthly taste and is good for you. I am going to try to make bread and cookies with it
