My new 8” chefs knife is fantastic. The weight and feel of it is perfectly designed to give me great control and ease. This was a warranty covered replacement of my 30+ year favorite knife which broke when I dropped it. I was heartbroken but Wusthof did themselves proud. I’m looking forward to making new purchases.

Wusthof replaced an 8" chef's knife that I owned for 35 years after it fell off the counter and broke at the handle. I would recommend Wusthof to all of my friends & family for their quality and support. Excellent knives, I find them well balanced and hold an edge for a long time. I use my knife everyday and wouldn't trade it for the world.

This is my favorite of all my Wusthof knives! I use it daily for veggies, meats, cheese. . . whatever I need, this knife is up for it! I bought this one 15 years ago and even if there was no warranty for it, I would have bought another one. Thanks for a great product! And customer service was fantastic to work with. Love to all!

First big cut was made for a delicious hommade pork belly and beef bowl, thr cucumber salad that was made is also amazing. Gotta he honest, the cut was buttery smooth, the weight was right and the shipping was so fast. Amazing craftsmanship!

This is the 4th Wusthof I've purchased to round out my collection. This one definitely has some heft to it, but I wouldn't consider it heavy. More like "substantial" and it feels very balanced in the hand. Like most, I'd gone through the supermarket and big-box store knives only to ultimately be disappointed with their inability to keep a suitable edge. A few seconds on the steel before using has kept all my previous ones nicely sharp, and I don't expect anything less from this one. I prefer the Classic series, and I imagine I'll be passing these on to someone in the family that enjoys cooking (and working with quality tools) as much as I do.
