I’m a 55 year old bowl skater, the older I get the more board feel I seem to need. I was skating converse all star mid shoes, but I always felt like the soles didn’t grip the board very well. So I tried these, they have the best grip of any shoe I’ve ever skated. They also have really good board feel. I normally wear a size 9 shoe, and I lace my shoes tightly, I have skinny feet and long toes, in the size 9 the eyelets almost touch each other and the shoe looks really weird and ugly. I got size 8.5 and put a shoe stretcher in them for a couple weeks and they fit a bit better and don’t look as stupid. My point is that I wish they were a little narrower, and didn’t look weird laced up tight. I’d have a tough time switching to something different because I’m used to the amazing grip now.

Grew up a skater but I have always loved the rubber toe look. Originally I thought that this was going to be an indie version of some Chucks but what I got, so far, has been a really sturdy and well supported shoe. I guess for this price point, I should be expecting that but I would say you for sure get your money's worth.

Ordered two pairs for my skateboarding teen. One size was too small and one fit perfectly. Teen liked the look and the extra rubber on the side of the shoe as an extra layer while street skating. Teen would like more cushion and support on the foot; however. Company was ultimately responsive to my return and very helpful in processing the return with me. Thank you!

The Kenny’s are a great shoe, I have been looking for a good looking vegan skate shoe, and here it is! I’m glad I found these, they’re stylish and durable. Overall, $120 is a bit pricey. I wish the shoe had more stitching to the sole so that the upper boot and the sole don’t separate. I love these shoes and I will be a returning customer!

The fact that these shoes look good and feel good is huge. And they are vegan friendly, which will keep me coming back to Clearweather as long as they continue to produce quality shoes that are sleek and not made from animals. And the canvas is hemp, I believe? I love everything about these shoes. And I’ve always loved Kenny’s skating, so there’s that.

Shoe fits awesome, and the toe cap is the right amount of nuanced styling to set you apart from all the other converse style shoes. The sole has great padding too!!

Comfortable straight out of the box, haven’t skated in them YET but I have no doubt my love for them will only grow once I start to. Love that they’re just as cool for casual wear as they are for skate aesthetics. Can’t wait to see other colorways

I have worn Vans Half Cabs for 10 years. I tried these, and they feel nice and skate very well. I think if you put more padding on the inside and tongue would feel more cozy. The toe cap should go around the entire toe instead of just one side for protection. They look so fresh, beautiful shoe. Im satisfied, but you should consider those improvements. Thank you!
