The 2” metal version slide out of the underlying collar slot on my dress shirts due to lack of resistance & friction. Also the circular attachment magnets are bulky and too large b/c of the rubber / silicone band. They also exhibit poor / inadequate magnetic connection. The white, plastic version work well until about 6 months later when the plastic circular holders crack & break. The plastic is flimsy and way too brittle to last 1 year+. Once cracking occurs the entire apparatus is rendered useless as the magnetic caps fall out. Overall, this is an excellent idea and necessary item for the marketplace. However, way too expensive of a product for the quality received by the consumer.

Power stays work great ,making collar of a shirt be more straight and attractive rather stick out to each side. Wish I known earlier about power stays ,would make life easier!!!

I loved my first set that was purchased a couple years ago. This new one doesn't seem to have strong magnets and I already lost a pair of them :-(
